3 Tips for improving your health?

Building a healthy body begins with creating the “Healthy Lifestyle.”The foods you choose to eat and the thoughts you think are the foundation of being successful at improving your health.

Here are 3 tips to creating the “Healthy Lifestyle:”

1.) Remove ALL dairy related products, grains, oats and wheat products

2.) Remove processed foods

3.) Add in more fruits, berries, melons & vegetables daily

One of the most effective ways of adding in more vegetables to your daily routine is to invest in a juicer, and juice your vegetables. Studies show that you get more vital phytonutrients, minerals & vitamins from just one juice than you can get from any vitamin or supplement available. Juicing cuts out the fiber and delivers a POWERFUL dose of nutrients that we need to THRIVE and it’s 100% bio-available, so no digestion is necessary, which creates more energy to use for our daily tasks!

But what about the FIBER

Choosing to eat your fruits whole and or make delicious smoothies, will provide you with lots of fiber, powerful anti-oxidants, flavonoids & good sugars (fructose) that we need.

Implementing these 3 tips may help you to improve the quality of your health.

My mentor always says…Keep it simple and have FUN on your health journey!
