Are you planning a Holiday Cleanse?
As a Certified Detoxification Specialist, I’ve helped hundreds of clients begin a Detoxifying cleanse. There is one powerful tonic that I personally like to use almost every time. The ingredients in this tonic are said to be helpful with Inflammation, Increasing blood circulation, Moving the Lymphatic System, cutting through mucus and helping with digestion.

(This recipe will make 4 pints)
-12-15 lemons juiced
-1 tsp turmeric
-1 tsp ginger powder
-1/2 tsp to 1 tsp of cayenne pepper (optional)
-1 tsp of apple cider vinegar
– a few drop of liquid stevia or honey to sweeten
-fill with distilled or revers osmosis water and dilute until its manageable.
Let this tonic set in the refrigerator for 24 hours to let the oils from the herbs set in.
