One essential tonic that you might consider adding into your Holiday Cleanse

Are you planning a Holiday Cleanse?

As a Certified Detoxification Specialist, I’ve helped hundreds of clients begin a Detoxifying cleanse. There is one powerful tonic that I personally like to use almost every time. The ingredients in this tonic are said to be helpful with Inflammation, Increasing blood circulation, Moving the Lymphatic System, cutting through mucus and helping with digestion.

Remember, always check with your physician or a trained professional prior to beginning a cleanse.

Ingredients:
(This recipe will make 4 pints)
-12-15 lemons juiced

-1/2 tsp to 1 tsp of cayenne pepper (optional)
-1 tsp of apple cider vinegar
