This Vanilla Almond recipe delivers some valuable nutrients.
Soaked Raw almonds and vanilla provide protein/amino acids, healthy fats, minerals and B-complex vitamins. This makes a healthy snack or a great pre-workout snack.
In a high speed blender or Vitamix, blend these ingredients together:
- Filtered Water
- 1 Cup soaked Almonds
- 4-5 Dates
- 1/2 inch of fresh vanilla bean or vanilla extract
- A few sprinkles of Sea Salt
- A few sprinkles of Cinnamon
*NOTE– You can prepare this as a smoothie by blending the ingredients longer or more of an oatmeal consistency blend for about 30 seconds.
