I’ve always known that Pomegranates contained lots vitamins and were good, but today, I learned a few more nutritious facts to add to the list.

•Super high in antioxidants
•Pomegranates are said not to affect blood glucose levels in diabetics
•They do not interfere with medications
•Great for the prostate, improved erections, improves blood flow to the heart
•Decreases artery plaque
•It has a low estrogenic activity
•Good for Alzheimer’s
•It is also said to paralyze tape worms nervous system so they let go of their hold inside of us
