One Satisfying Nutritional Breakfast Cereal To Put On Your List

Choosing a Healthy Nutritious breakfast has never been easier! Yesterday, Some friends and I created this simple delicious snack or it can be a breakfast recipe. I hope you enjoy it as much as we did!

First, you will want to prepare your fresh coconut milk.

  • To do this, We used the meat and water from 2 coconuts. If you have never opened a coconut before, check out YouTube and find an instructional video on how to open and scrape out the coconut meat.
  • Using the vitamix, Blend the coconut meat and coconut water on a low speed for 30 seconds and worked the speed up to high for another 30 seconds.
  • Next in a bowl, chop up as much banana as you would like and then add any other additional fruits that you enjoy together. For this recipe, we chose fresh organic mangos. For more texture and to take this recipe to the next level, we topped this Powerful Nutritional Coconut Cereal with soaked Organic RAW Pumpkin seeds and cinnamon.
