Mother Natures Juice For Promoting Calming, Deep Sleep and Relaxation

I am writing this morning from my room that overlooks the beautiful San Francisco Bay. As the sun slowly begins to make it way up across the bay, I am immediately feeling the urge to express my creativity and share. The energy is already buzzing around the bay area as I can see people already out exercising.

Watching people exercise made me think just how important deep sleep and relaxation is to recover from exercise and daily fatigue.

Being able to relax and get a good nights sleep is such an important part of balancing our body and our hormones. This Green Juice Tonic promotes Calming, Deep Sleep and Relaxation and is also great for hydration and alkalizing the cells of our body.

Enjoy this juice 33 minutes before you retire or when you just want to relax.


The Relaxer ingredients:

Celery– The minerals in celery, especially magnesium, and the essential oils in it, soothe the nervous system.

Cucumber– Cucumbers are 95 percent water, keeping the body hydrated while helping the body eliminate toxins.

Romain- Its high mineral content makes it a great choice for calming the nerves and hydrating the cells. One head of romaine lettuce also contains a dose of Omega-3 essential fats…(Yes, Omega-3 are in Spinach and Romain Lettuce) Forget the supplements, go for some leafy greens instead!

Lemon– High in Vitamin C, Acidic in nature, but alkalizes once ingested, preserves juice by slowing oxidation and is great for stimulating the lymphatic system.

1 bundle of celery

1 cucumber

1-2 heads of Romain

1- lemon
