3 tips to torching body fat

Are you having trouble shedding the body fat? I will share 3 tips in this article that will ensure your success when trying to torch the body fat. Your Nutrition is the biggest component and accounts for 70% of the results achieved, resistance training accounts for 20% and cardio accounts for the other 10%. That said, here are 3 tips that I implement into my clients routines to ensure we melt away the body fat.

Tips:

1. Interval training- 20 minutes of interval training 2-3 times per week is very effective at burning body fat. Interval training can be accomplished by running sprints or cycling for 20 minutes. 20 seconds of all out maximum effort, followed by 10 seconds of rest and repeat.

2. 45-60 minutes of Steady paced cardio 3 days per week. Find your maximum heart rate by subtracting your age by 220 and then x that number by .65 and this will be where you want your heart rate to be for the fat burning zone.

3. Drink 3 alkaline green juices per day- this juice acts as a diuretic and helps to flush toxins and water from the body, plus it will deliver a big dose of vitamins, minerals and enzymes needed to aid in recovery and inflammation. Key ingredients Include Celery, Cucumbers, Romaine, Green Apple, Lemon

I recommend investing in a hear rate monitor so you know when you are in the fat burning zone. You can find them at Target and Wal-Mart for $50-80.

As always, get clearance from your Health Practitioner or Doctor before beginning any exercise program.
