Ingredients:

Organic Fuji apples

Fresh organic blueberries

Organic Banana

Sliced Pitted Dates

Goji Berries

Cinnamon

Tip:

When I put together my fruit salad, I will eat the fruit salad alone and hold off on eating anything else right away and drinking any liquids until I am finished eating. This allows your digestive enzymes to do their job and break down the foods properly so your body can digest, utilize and absorb the nutrients.
