If your goal is to burn body fat, I recommend focusing on incorporating more foods that speed your metabolism up, like Raspberries. Raspberries are one of my favorite fruits that help burn body fat!

Did you know that Raspberry’s are high in fiber and are a good source of vitamins C, B, manganese, copper, magnesium, iron and folic acid, making this an all around powerhouse berry to have daily. Raspberries are also very high in Antioxidants, which make them beneficial in fighting off free radicals.
Eating a cup of red raspberries will provide you with all this nutritional value and you will only be consuming 60 calories.
I encourage you to try this recipe and see for yourself! It reminds me of a Raspberry sweet tart.
Raspberry Apple Smoothie:
2 cups of Organic Frozen Raspberries
1 green apple
1 tbsp of coconut flakes
Garnished with Coconut flakes
