Breakfast is one of the most important meals of the day. Getting a healthy, easily digestible breakfast in, in the morning is essential for sustainable energy. This simple, all natural, delicious recipe, provides healthy fats, hydration and simple sugars without cooking or using oats.
Whether you are looking to spice things up in the kitchen, or transitioning to a RAW food lifestyle, the Coconut Banana Oatmeal is a tasty recipe.
Our physical bodies were ideally designed to consume raw foods. If you feed your body correctly, it will give you great service…beyond your wildest dreams!
Cooking, heating, frying, and processing your foods causes radical changes in their chemistry and electromagnetic energy. These changes render food poisonous and/or toxic, which disables the body’s ability to boost and build energy. Your body will thank you for eating more natural foods in their natural state, i.e. uncooked and unprocessed.
In a blender, add these ingredients and blend for 30-45 seconds:
- The meat and water from one Young Tai Coconut
- 6 Pitted Dates
- 1 Banana
- 1 Tbsp of Extra Virgin Coconut Oil
- 1 Tbsp of Coconut Flakes
- 1/2 Tsp of Cinnamon
- 2-3 granules of Hymalayian Sea Salt
- Organic Goji Berries
- Coconut Flakes
