  1. As always, thanks Ian for extending your wisdom with us! I will give this a try! We are at a conference in Dallas and there is bad food everywhere! Yikes! Travel/conferences are the worst thing for my health, quickest way to get off track with my program! I am learning through you that weight is an inflammation/acidosis issue, so alkalinizing is the key! (As I sit here with my coffee writing this!) UGH! Thanks for inspiring me this Sunday morning!

    1. Thank you, Kathi! I love sharing these tasty recipes. Don’t sweat getting off track too much, just enjoy your time and you can get right back on track when you get back. I’ve found that losing weight and keeping it off, starts with creating a more alkaline environment in the body through the consumption of alkalizing and hydrating whole foods. This will help flush the body of unwanted toxins and excess water, while providing vitamins, minerals, and enzymes we need to THRIVE. Of course, getting in a moderate amount of exercise is essential as well, in order to stimulate the lymphatic system and boost the metabolism. Nevertheless, just take it one step at a time and learn more about your body as you add in more of these whole, RAW foods. It’s amazing what the body will do, if we just give it what it needs and get out of the way! I hope to connect with you two soon!
