Do you want to increase your vitality? Of course you do, who doesn’t?! Eating healthy foods doesn’t have to be boring or bland. By utilizing one of your primary senses, i.e. your taste buds, you can rediscover what your body actually wants, and most likely needs, for vitality. As you begin to eat more foods in their natural, raw state, you will become more in tune with what your body is telling you it needs.
Most of us have indulged in chips and salsa, tacos, burritos, and the like, over the years. And who can say it’s not delicious? However, when we magnify what is actually put into these foods, we see an awful lot of processed, manufactured, high salt, high fat content. Now, of course these foods, you say, are meant to be indulged upon every once in awhile… But, what if you could feel like you’re indulging on this type of food, the result of which is providing your body with the nutrients it needs to thrive…? The following recipes are a perfect example of indulging, guilt-free.
