Do you want to take your sweet tooth to the next level in a healthy way? Of course you do! This creamy, delicious, all natural recipe is one to try, and you don’t have to feel guilty. The simplicity involved in making this pudding will blow your socks off. With a few simple ingredients and a blender, preferably a Vitamix (for power purposes), you will get instant satisfaction without having to, or even wanting to splurge on something you may regret later on.
I must say, one of my all time favorite sugar craving curbers, are dates. When you include them in a recipe like this pudding, you will get the right amount of sugar to satisfy your sugar “need”, as well as the perfect amount to sustain you energy wise.
Chocolate Pudding Ingredients:
-1 Ripe Avocado
– 1-2 Ripe Bananas ( i.e., Brown spots)
-6-8 Pitted Dates
-1/4 Cup of Cacao Powder
-1 Tsp of Cinnamon
-1 Tbsp of Vanilla extract
-2 Tbsp of Extra Virgin Coconut Oil
– Dash of Sea Salt
Add all of the ingredients into a blender and blend on high until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
I like to add a 1/2 tsp of coconut flakes and some freshly cut organic Strawberries.
The most challenging thing about preparing this recipe, is to not eat all of the pudding before you serve it!!!
