RESET Breathwork uses a simple, powerful 3-part breathing technique to help you move beyond overthinking and into feeling. No experience needed. Just your breath, and the willingness to let it lead.

What happens when you breathe

Release. Regulate. Reconnect. Remember.

What you've been carrying. The tension that lives in your chest, your jaw, your shoulders - let it move.

Your nervous system. Breath is the fastest way to tell a bracing body that it is safe to soften.

With your body. Come back to the felt sense you've been living above instead of inside.

Who you were before fear, pressure, and self-doubt took over. That version of you is still here.

Meet your facilitator

RESET is guided by Ramneek, a Therapist & Breathwork Facilitator who works with people who understand themselves deeply and still feel stuck in the same patterns.

The ones who can name exactly what they do and why, and still can't seem to shift it. Breath is where that shift begins - not in more insight, but in the body finally catching up to what you already know.

  • Glaucoma or Retinal Detachment

  • Significant Injuries or Recent Surgery (within the last 6-8 weeks)
  • Severe Mental Illness (e.g. Schizophrenia)
  • Bipolar Disorder
  • Major Depressive Disorder
  • Seizures
