I'm Ramneek Kaur, founder of IMWellness. I built this because the patterns you're fighting aren't character flaws. They're adaptations. And once you understand what they were protecting, they stop running you.

Why I do this work.

I believe people can change, not by becoming someone else, but by understanding the patterns they've been living inside.

Over the years, I noticed something in both the people I work with and myself: lasting change rarely comes from information alone. Sometimes we need help seeing the pattern for the first time. Other times, we understand it completely but still find ourselves repeating it.

Those patterns aren't random. They were built for a reason. They helped us survive at one point in our lives. But what once protected us can quietly become the very thing keeping us stuck.

That's why I integrate coaching, therapy, and RESET Breathwork. Understanding creates awareness. Experience creates change. Together, they help close the gap between knowing yourself and living differently.

IMWellness is built on one belief:

You don't have ten different problems. You have one pattern showing up in ten different places.

When you learn to recognize it, understand it, and interrupt it, everything else begins to change.

What I believe

The principles behind the work.

The pattern is not the person.
You are not your self-sabotage, your avoidance, or your unfinished projects. These are stories - accumulated over time, learned for reasons that made sense once. They can be unlearned.
The pattern was an adaptation.
Every pattern you're fighting was built for a reason that made sense at the time. It protected you, or it got you something you needed. That's why willpower doesn't touch it. Understanding does.
The body holds the ledger.
Real change doesn't only happen in the mind. Your nervous system is carrying the story your thoughts already know. Breathwork accesses what insight alone can't reach.
You already know. Let's access it.
The answers aren't somewhere outside of you. This work is about removing the noise - the old stories, the inherited debt - so you can hear yourself clearly again and act from that place.

What is RESET Breathwork?

Insight introduces possibility.
Experience becomes evidence.

Your body believes what it has repeatedly experienced.

You can know you are safe and still brace. Know you are loved and still expect rejection. Know you are capable and still freeze when it is time to move.

RESET exists because sometimes conversation opens the door, but your body still needs a new experience on the other side.

I'm a certified RESET Breathwork facilitator. Every session is held with intention, safety, and care, designed to open the nervous system, not force it.

What to expect

A session in six movements.

Arrive
We begin with grounding. You settle into the space, the body, the present moment. No rush. No performance.
02
Set an Intention
Each session holds a theme. You bring your own intention - what you're ready to release, explore, or step into.
03
The Breathwork
The main practice - a guided breathing pattern that activates the parasympathetic nervous system and opens access to deeper states.
04
The Release
Emotions, sensations, insights - whatever arises is welcome. This is where the pattern begins to loosen its grip.
05
Integration
We slow down. You're guided back to the body, back to the room. Rest and silence are honored as part of the practice.
06
Reflection
Optional sharing, journaling, or simply being still. The insight that arrives in integration is often the most valuable part.
